We are talking, of course, about canned peppers. While, of course, only the best varieties of paprika go to the jars, the secret of deliciousness lies in the brine - we add spirit vinegar, sugar, salt and spices (including mustard) to the water from your own intakes, all in the proportions described in our strictly secret recipe.
